You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, and see order history.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MDT), Monday–Friday, are processed within 2–5 business days, provided the item is in stock.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and have all original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, email us at Support@WoodGrainJunkie.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your item arrived damaged, keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged items along with the packaging. This will allow us to properly file a claim. Email us at support@woodgrainjunkie.com indicating the item was damaged during shipping and attach the photos. We will send you a replacement. Make sure to check out our YouTube channel for tips and tricks that might help prevent damage to your item
