Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Wood Grain Junkie®. We want you to be completely satisfied with your product, but if you are not, we are here to help!

We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.  Questions or to start a return, you can contact us at support@woodgrainjunkie.com and we will provide a return address. Beyond the 30 days, we reserve the right to deny any refund/return. 
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your item arrived damaged, keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged items along with the packaging. This will allow us to properly file a claim. Email us at support@woodgrainjunkie.com indicating the item was damaged during shipping and attach the photos. We will send you a replacement. Make sure to check out our YouTube channel for tips and tricks that might help prevent damage to your item

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  If a customer returns an item that is damaged, used, or missing parts, a partial refund may be given as a courtesy depending on the extent of the damage or use. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the returned item. We reserve the right to deduct restocking fees from the refund amount for items that are returned in a condition different from how they were originally shipped. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the amount paid for the product less shipping costs. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized wood products and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there was a mistake on our part or the dimensions are not to the specifications agreed upon, send us an email and we will work with you to make it right.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for discontinued items or personalized and engraved items.
