Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MDT), Monday–Friday, are processed within 2–7 business days, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We may reach out to confirm shipping information if the address provided is not valid.

For international returns, please email us at support@woodgrainjunkie.com to request a return. Customers must cover all return shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. For your convenience, you may see the expected delivery date for your order upon checkout. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please note that once items are dispatched from our shipping department, the carrier’s delivery times can vary.
