Do the Single Grip Router Base Plates come with pre-drilled mounting holes?
Yes, the brand-specific Single Grip Router Base Plates come with pre-drilled holes ready to go. No more fumbling through dozens of universal hole patterns.
Do the Single Grip Router Base Plate need a centering cone when installing?
You typically do not need a centering cone when installing a Single Grip Router Base Plate.
Our plates are precision-designed to align with your router’s factory mounting holes, so as long as you install it evenly and snug down the screws, you’ll be properly centered for most applications.
That said, if you want absolute precision (especially for things like guide bushings or very tight tolerance work), using a centering cone can help fine-tune alignment.

YOU NEED A SINGLE GRIP ROUTER BASE PLATE IF YOU...

ARE DONE WITH THIN OEM BASES
Stock bases are too small and too thin. Our Single Grip Router Base Plates are thicker and built to stay steady, so your router feels solid in your hands.

FEEL YOUR ROUTER WOBBLE
A small footprint makes it easy to tip and tilt. The larger surface area of our Single Grip Router Base Plates keeps your router flat during edge profiling.

WANT TO INCREASE YOUR CONTROL
The ergonomic design and 4-inch handle of our Single Grip Router Base Plates improve leverage and control, so you can cut with confidence on every pass.

ARE TIRED OF UNIVERSAL PLATES
Stop fumbling through dozens of hole patterns that never seem to line up. Our Single Grip Router Base Plates are CNC-machined and brand-specific, so you get a perfect fit every time.
