Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your item arrived damaged, keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged items along with the packaging. This will allow us to properly file a claim. Email us at support@woodgrainjunkie.com indicating the item was damaged during shipping and attach the photos. We will send you a replacement. The dust hood works very well!

Helps alot

It's a router and they make alot of dust , but with thr dust shroud it's a heck of alot better and alot less cleanup !
