Full-Size Router Sled Kit
"We were making a dining room table (9’ long x 38” wide x 6” thick) with a significant twist. We needed to find a way to flatten it. We were going to build our own router sled out of wood and we found your product! Not only was it a game changer for this project but it will be used for many years to come. It was simple to set up and we added more rails for an overall length of nine feet."

This will allow your sled to slide the extra 4 inches needed on all ends. This is assuming a 1-1/4” diameter cutterhead.
