Trim Router Sled Kit

Assembly with the bar kit went smooth. It is well built and more solid than I expected. I tested by milling some metal, not designed for that but worked surprisingly well. Looking forward to milling some maple for end tables.
I would definitely recommend.

Received my Essentials kit promptly, build was quick and easy, all pieces fit perfectly with my Bosch GKF125CE. Remaining pieces needed, bearings, rails and shafts were easily found and ordered on Amazon. The base made from 2 pieces of MDF, I found at my local Home Depot, they even cut to the exact size I needed. The best part I was able to make this to the size I wanted and I was able to do it for less that than those store bought sleds. Look no further this is definitely the best way to go if you are looking for a router sled, large or small! RECOMMEND A++++

I ordered a base plate Essential Kit for my DeWalt trim router. The quality of the accuracy of pre-drilled holes and the super clean counter bores are outstanding.

For the rails and bearing blocks I found the following two suppliers on Amazon worked:

My table top "workbench" has a Formica finish so using a few dabs of hot glue on each corner and at the shims was plenty of hold for the router sled.

The spoiler bit really does make a mess shooting out the shavings and some saw dust so I'm going to figure out how to attach "Acrux7 Dust Shoe Brush, 70mm Engraving Machine Dust Cover Nylon" to Wood Grain Junkie's base plate to damper it. Probably just hot glue. 70mm is the perfect height between the base plate and top of the workbench.

What an awesome experience dealing with this company. I was so frustrated trying to piece together a way to flatten slabs for small river tables and end/coffee tables. I spoke with the owner (I assume it was him),and he helped me choose and purchase all the components that he didn't sell. He also has step by step instructions on his YouTube channel on how to assemble the unit. I appreciate his help so much, following his directions on the video made assembly a breeze. It works perfectly.

I installed this sled to build a chess board for our grandson. Wow do I like this sled. It worked so nice and made my project a real success. Thanks for a great product.

I already have the linear rail system with diy sled and rail/guide holders. Ordered the WGJ sled kit for my Dewalt trim router. Considering the quality and components in the kit, well worth the cost. Definite improvement over my own kit. Highly recommend. Easy to assemble as well.

I am a blind wood working and maker. The little money I have I utilize to get the tools that will make life easier. This router trim sled kit is so easy to put together I thought they made it with me in mind. Thank you for helping this blind veteran.

This router sled is everything I had hoped it would be. It works well with my router and glides very smoothly. I suggest if you are in the market for a router sled to spend your money wisely on the Woodgrain Junkie Router Sled.

This trim router starter kit is very well made perfect fit, just F.Y.I. you will have to use a 1 1/4 flatting bit
thats about as big as you can get thru the hole.
But the fit and finish is really top notch.

I purchased the routers sled kit for my Colt Palm router and everything fits great it is really easy to assemble a high quality router sled.

Looks amazing. Won't be able to say if it works. I need 20mil rails and it says in the description it is for 16mil rails. Maybe if I build out a baby sled I will try it.

Exceptional in every way a few guys in my wood shop came by to see and use my new toy and they all want one. We don’t have a lot of room so this is the idea solution.

The support video made the difference. I have been wanting a sled for a couple of years. I considered fabricating my own but it would have been very DIY. This kit was very well built and precise. I highly recommend purchasing the kit.
