How do I install the DualFit Pro® Aluminum Router Insert Plate With Insert Rings?
The DualFit Pro® Aluminum Router Insert Plate With Insert Rings is standard size of 11-3/4" x 9-1/4", so it will fit many popular router tables on the market, like Kreg, Powertec, JessEm, Woodpeckers and others.

The DualFit Pro® Aluminum Router Insert Plate With Insert Rings comes with leveling set screws and Loctite to help you level the insert plate so it sits flush with your router table top.

Seems to be well made, fits the router perfectly and the fact that you can adjust the bit height through the insert plate easily sold me. I bought the router template as well and it was a good fit and saved me time versus making my own, I installed it on an extension I made for my tablesaw so the fence can be used for both. I've used it for 10 hrs or so up to this point and can honestly sayI'm happy with the purchase

Excellent product. Be sure to order the templates in addition to the kit.. they will save you a lot of time. In all, setup took 15 minutes and I am very pleased with the result. I cut into an existing table. Will be purchasing more products from WG Junkie.

The plate I ordered really bailed me out. I saved a lot of time by not reinventing the wheel.If I had acrylic around the shop I could have made my own plate but I did not so I bought one from Woodgrain Junkie .
The plate fits my Dewalt router exactly. I had some melamine birch plywood in the shop so made the table and fence out of that.

I made a DIY worktable and integrated my router into it. This insert plate is perfect for my DeWalt trim router. I did order the template to rout out the area to accept the insert plate. The video was super helpful, and it worked perfectly. Now on to making stuff.
I was upgrading from a WGJ acrylic insert dedicated to my DeWalt palm router. I recently purchased a full-sized DeWalt and was intrigued by the possibilities. My router table is a homemade job made from a cabinet with doors underneath, and after some additional routing of 13/4” or so in the smaller dimension, the new insert slipped right in. Between the function of the set screws and the precision drilling to match baseplate of the recent model DeWalt, I was well on my way to making sawdust at a much higher rate than previously. The obvious quality of the aluminum insert contrasts quite a bit with my funky router table, but a fashion show this is not! The two routers are going to be easy to swap in and out, depending on the task at hand, as well as depending on the router bit that I have available. There are plans to reuse the former acrylic insert as a robust baseplate for the palm router in certain applications. Win-win!
I took a chance on this but the maker gets great reviews and now I know why. The product is fantastically beautiful and fits to the micro nanometer. It is so well made. I've been checking out other products from Wood Grain Junkie just so I can be this happy again. I HIGHLY recommend this product and the company. Few people do what they say as does this maker. Now I'm routing on a real table!

This Bosch-compatible aluminum router plate was surprisingly hard to find. The one manufactured by Bosch is a proprietary size that doesn’t fit the openings in most other tables. Thank goodness for Wood Grain Junkie!
This product was the perfect size and pre-drilled for both full-sized and trim routers from Bosch. It installed easily with very good instructions and all required fasteners, shims, and set screws to accommodate deeper openings.
Nice job with this and I’ll be watching for future products from this company!
