The flattening jig came as advertised no missing parts. I used your YouTube video for assembly which made the assembly process seamless. I drilled my own holes for an off brand router everything came out great.

I am new to wood working and after lots of researching i decided the most versatile way to do things without a large investment was a sled. I picked WJ because of the option to just buy what i need and build what i need with the parts they recommend! It made it affordable and easier than others to build something specific for my size. The packaging was great and i appreciated the personal wrapping not just stuff tossed in a box. I will be a returning customer.
Well for my shop it is a big help. The table is very well cut and all pieces fit wonderfully together. In my opinion the team at Woodgrain Junkie construction the router table as best as it can be. Thanks !

Have yet to use the jig, but the fit and finish is excellent. My only complaint was with the assembly. Had to assemble/disassemble several times as I couldn’t get the router base mounting holes to line up correctly. Finally figured out that the logo engraving was on the wrong side of the mounting plate. Once I flipped in over the assembly 2as easy. I also built a 3/4” frame with a 3/8” groove out of hardwood around the base to mount a debris skirt. Can’t wait to give this its maiden run..
We were making a dining room table (9’ long x 38” wide x 6” thick) with a significant twist. We needed to find a way to flatten it. We were going to build our own router sled out of wood and we found your product! Not only was it a game changer for this project but it will be used for many years to come. It was simple to set up and we added more rails for an overall length of nine feet.
Seems to be well made, fits the router perfectly and the fact that you can adjust the bit height through the insert plate easily sold me. I bought the router template as well and it was a good fit and saved me time versus making my own, I installed it on an extension I made for my tablesaw so the fence can be used for both. I've used it for 10 hrs or so up to this point and can honestly sayI'm happy with the purchase
Once I figured out I hade the plexiglass plate on backwards, ugh, it worked flawlessly. Saved a bunch of time from setting up my router on my table saw. Wonderful addition to my woodworking tools.
A nice little shop accessory. However, were it to have a small fence, it would be perfect and rate 5 stars.

Well made, precision holes. Please consider making a the base plate with slots around the perimeter, like the 'samarai' base plate of Marius Hornberger. This will really make the baseplate useful.
Only reason for a 4 star is that after slightly chipping out one hole when drilling, i figured out slow speed caused no chip out.
Specific fit product fit perfectly and installed easily.
The custom fit installed fairly easily once i figured ot to use a low speed when drilling the holes.
I have a small workshop and this works perfectly for me! Portable and out of the way when not using it! Great product!
This is a well made product but it is not a great fit for the JessEm 3.5XT lift with phenolic plate. After cutting my table, I discovered there isn't enough material left in the corners to allow for installation of threaded inserts to secure the plate to the table. Perhaps other plates have the corner screws located closer to the outer edges of the plate. I had to glue up some blocks in the corners to give me enough meat to install the plate. Also, I was hoping for a tighter fit. I'm getting 5 playing cards width of horizontal slop and 6 playing cards width of vertical slop. No doubt its a great product but just not great for my application.
