Our TrimFit Pro® Trim Router Sled Kits are ideal for trim routers and 16mm rails. These compact planing sleds are perfect for smaller slabs, cutting boards, and other projects where a full-size sled is unnecessary. The kit includes a sled base plate, support brackets, 4" handles, and router mounting hardware.

These router sleds are compatible with trim routers from DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Bosch, Ridgid, and Ryobi. Rods, bearings, and rails are sold separately so you can customize the sled to your workshop and project size.

Full-Size Router Sled Kits / 20mm

Our FullFit Pro® Full-Size Router Sled Kits are designed for larger routers and 20mm linear rails, making them perfect for flattening thick slabs or wide boards. These router sled kits allow you to turn your router into a full-size planing sled—essentially a portable slab flattening mill—giving you precise control over large projects.

Compatible with full-size routers from DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Bosch, Ryobi, and Ridgid, these sled kits include a sled base plate, support brackets, mounting screws, and a set of router-specific mounting hardware. Like our trim router sled kits, rods, bearings, and rails are sold separately so you can create a custom planing setup that fits your workspace.
