This classic Round sub-base plate is ideal for general routing tasks like edge profiling, cutting juice grooves and offers superior stability with the large 6 inch diameter surface to keep your router from tilting.

It simply does a good job of stabilizing the router with the same comfort you would normally experience with a larger router .
