Trim Router Table Plate for Popular Compact Routers
Description
Easily mount your trim router to this sturdy 3/8" thick acrylic plate and convert your handheld palm router into a router table. This plate measures 12x8 inches, which provides a good amount of space to run your small projects. Please ensure your trim router will fit using the model numbers below. You can also purchase the Blank version and drill your own mounting holes if your router brand/model is not listed.
Not Included
In order to make this plate affordable, it does not include the 3/4" plywood bracket and screws. It's a very simple bracket to make with scrap plywood and the dimensions shown in the photos. The back part of the plate should have a 1” overhang to secure to your workbench.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Do not screw router plate using an impact driver. You can crack the acrylic plate if too much force is applied. Screw in using a handheld screwdriver.

This router plate is meant for smaller bits and smaller jobs like cutting roundovers. Larger bits and/or flush trim bits might cause too much chatter and can possibly crack the plate.

Always use PPE and push blocks with this trim router table and any other router table.
