NOW compatible with standard brass guide bushings.

These router sub base plates fit the Makita RT0701C and XTR01Z fixed router base and is made from 3/8” thick cast acrylic. The original sub base plate is small at 3.5" which can make is difficult to keep from tilting.

6" Round

Having a larger 6 inch circle means you don't have to worry about pivoting the router as you ride it along your jig's fence. It also provides more surface to keep your router from tilting while making your cuts.

6x9" Single Grip

The elongated sub base plate provides maximum surface for more stable routing. It's the ideal base plate for cutting chamfers and round overs along your work pieces and has a 4 inch handle for a more secure grip.

Note:

  1. Guide bushings NOT included.

  2. Mounting holes are not symmetrical and will only align in one orientation. Rotate the sub base plate until it aligns perfectly.

  3. Includes four replacement pan head screws to accommodate this base plate.

Works great

Definitely helps out on composite decking where I round over my last cut board. Definitely helps on the slick material.

Item is just what I needed to make my router more versatile. Item seems to be designed well and appears to be made of materials that should last

Shipping to Hawaii

I'm sure the product is fine but when shipping to Hawaii you should ship USPS Priority Mail instead of Select Ground. Priority Mail takes about 3-4 days where Select is 8-12 weeks depending on how fast the shipping containers get filled at the different ports along the way. Hopefully this will arrive sometime during the coming summer.
